Will this fit my existing door?
Yes, if your door has a standard 161 prep: a 2-1/8" bore with a 1" edge bore, 2-3/4" backset, on a door 1-3/8" to 2" thick.
Will the oil rubbed bronze finish change over time?
US10B is a darkened finish. High-touch areas like the lever can gradually show lighter highlights with heavy use. Choose US26D satin chrome if you want a finish that stays uniform.
Need vandal resistance?
For public-facing or high-abuse doors, choose the Tell Pro Grade 2 Clutch Entrance Lever Lock. Its outside lever spins freely when forced, preventing broken parts.
