By placing an order on CLK SUPPLIES, LLC’s website, you certify that you are eligible to receive locksmith tools and lock picks by mail under applicable laws. Eligibility applies if you meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • A bona fide locksmith.
  • A lock distributor or manufacturer.
  • A bona fide repossessor.
  • A motor vehicle dealer or manufacturer.
  • A bona fide law enforcement officer or a purchasing agent for such an agency.
  • A registered student of a locksmith school (proof of enrollment required).
  • An in-house locksmith (not offering services to the public).
  • A locksport enthusiast using the tools solely for lawful recreational purposes (e.g., hobby-based lock picking).

Exemption: Purchases of non-entry tools, such as training materials, locks, lock parts, key blanks, key chains, pin kits, or lock pins, do not require proof of eligibility.

SECTION 3 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address and payment information, to ensure successful order processing.
