Keyed up quick; uses my house key.

Secondary Everest locking not important; it's an aluminum lock body, so while it is going to be hard to pick, and isn't shimmable, it's not going to withstand serious physical abuse.

And that's fine. It's perfect for a Pelican case.

Very well-built lock, but not OEM.

This is a very well built lock, similar to all Abus 83 series locks, but in spite of having the everest triangle on the core and the word EVER in large print on it.... it is a standard schlage core with the C123 keyway warding only. It does not include the Everest check pin secondary locking mechanism. Save a few bucks on the keys and get a regular keyway one. There is no point to the existence of this lock unless you need Everest keys to fit it in your environment.
