Backset Relocation Tool Must-have tool for all locksmiths. Used to "move over" an existing 2-3/8" backset hole to 2-3/4" or 2-3/4" to 2-3/8" or to correct a mis-drilled hole. The HIT-23 attatches by screwing into the existing latch faceplate mortise. A standard hole saw (not supplied) can then be guided to correct the bore. The HIT-23 is supplied with a drill blank to replace the hole saw pilot bit to reduce wear on the guide holes.

Cabinet Lock Installation Jig (HIT-25) Our cabinet lock drill guide includes important features such as: rubber lined jaws to protect cabinet doors and give greater holding power. Four sizes of drill bushings for versatility and an adjustable stop for repeat installations on the same type of cabinet door. Will work on doors up to 1-1/2" thick and can locate the cylinder hole up to 2-3/16" from the edge of the door. Drill bushings include: 3/4", 7/8" 1 1/8" and 1 1/4". These bushings are designed to be used with clean cutting Forstner-type drill bits and are not compatable with hole saws, paddle or spade type bits.

Commercial Hinge Jamb Pins 2PK For residential hinges using #12 screw. Simply remove one opposing screw from each hinge leaf and replace with the proper size Jamb Pin. Drillmaster 3 Cylindrical Lock Drill Guide (HIT-49) Designed to be used with standard hole saws. Supplied with replaceable hole saw guides for both 1-1/2" and 2-1/8" hole saws. Door range is 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" Backset is adjustable for both 2-3/8" and 2-3/4" Machined from aluminum and has an anodized black finish. Includes both 1-1/2" and 2-1/8" break-out plates. Drill bits are not included.

The LMB-02 mortise lock bracket is designed to be used on metal doors with or without a center seam. Stamped from 11 gage cold rolled steel as the LMB-01 and also mounted with pop-rivets (supplied) for ease of installation. The mounting holes are tapped for 12-24 to accommodate existing mortise lock screws supplied by the manufacturer. LMB-02 can be used with Schlage, Corbin/Russwin, Yale, Adams-Rite and similar mortise locks.

The LMB-01 will make installing cylindrical knob locks or dead-bolts on metal doors now faster and easier than ever. The LMB-01 mounting bracket is stamped from 11 gauge cold rolled steel for strength, installed with pop-rivets for convenience, and supplied with an adhesive template for accuracy. The LMB-01 mounting bracket is also cut out in the center to allow installations on metal doors with a center seam. The template is marked for 1" and 1 1/8" faceplate cutouts as well as for bracket mounting holes and center lines to locate the crossbore. LMB-01 is supplied complete with template and steel pop-rivets.

Master Padlock UP Keying Tool Keying tool for Master Lock "UP" series uncoded locks. Padlocks can be quickly keyed as follows: Choose original Master padlock key to be used and remove from key ring. Insert key into Master "UP" series lock. Invert Padlock thru the jaws of your bench vise. Do not tighten vise. Place MKP-1 keying tool over key and tap lightly with hammer until cylinder sets into lock. Remove padlock from vise and check for proper operation.

Mortise Cylinder Drill Guide Until now, installing a mortise cylinder in the proper location was a hit or miss proposition. With our HIT-22 it will always be in the right spot. Simply mark where the cylinder should go on the door and drill a 1/2" hole. Place the HIT-22 in the lock like a mortise cylinder, tighten the mounting screw and install the lock in the door. You will see the guide thru the 1/2" hole in the door. Using a 1 1/4" hole saw, insert the hole saw pilot in the guide and drill the cylinder hole. You will have a perfect installation or redrill every time. The HIT-22 includes two drill guides, hole saw pilot and extractor handle.
