This kit and some YouTube videos saved me a lot of money after a Subaru key was accidentally inserted into my Honda ignition switch! The pins and springs fit and operated well inside the lock cylinder. Locksmiths need to make a living, but I am glad I went this route and succeeded myself.

Excellent product. I know have one key that both starts my car and opens all my doors. Which is not something people normally brag about, but it's awesome for me.

Used Honda Service Bulletin 03-068 "Door Lock Cylinder Binds," a YouTube video on changing the tumblers in a Honda Element and Blaster Teflon Dry to successfully fix 3 locks on my car. These tumblers are stamped X1, X2, X3, etc like the OEM tumblers, but the box has different labels. I didn't have the key combination, so the video helped with figuring that out. 1 1/2 hours.

Part arrived quick. I have successfully repaired my 2003 Honda Odyssey ignition and can use my cars remote again (had a key stuck in there for about 6 months which prevents the car remote door open and lock/unlock LOL)
