Do you test your exit devices?

You have a brand-new electronic strike or maybe an electrified exit device, and install it. But, do you make sure that the product works before you install and leave?

A lot of integrators have professionals to install the hardware, and then leave without ever checking if it works. Well, I want to show you this product called the CAT Field Tester.

It's by Command Access. This product tests the electrified device you're going to install before you install it. If you're troubleshooting, you can take the device off the door in question, and test it to see if that's the problem. It's a great handy device.

You can take your DeWALT 20-volt or Milwaukee or Makita 18-volt battery and simply power it up. It's that simple.
